Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Cooperative is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
