Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Pine Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Salt Lake City plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
