Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Clearpath Linden Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Providence, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
