Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Greenridge Beacon Auto Group is a Madison company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 396 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
