Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Stonegate Vale Manufacturing is a Cincinnati manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 244 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
