Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Clearpath Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
