Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Northwind Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Miami. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
