Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
