Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Virginia Beach, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
