Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Lumen Stone Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
