Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ember Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
