Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Highbridge Vista Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Anchorage. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 635 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
