Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Lumen Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Jacksonville with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
