Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Orchard Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
