Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Clearpath Vista Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Birmingham and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
