Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Nova Bridge Energy Group is an energy provider in Fresno focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 934 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
