Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Foxglove Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Boise. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
