Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Stonegate Cross Facilities Partners looks after properties across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 665 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
