Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Ironwood Bridge Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cincinnati, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
