Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Clearpath Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in Charlotte with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
