Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Greenridge Willow Construction Partners is a Wichita contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
