Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Clearpath Vista Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Richmond. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
