Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Manufacturing is a Omaha manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
