Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Bright Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Tampa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
