Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Silverline Maple Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Anchorage, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
