Project Coordinator - grant reporting (remote)

Amberfield Birch Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
