Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Beacon Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Raleigh plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
