Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Harborlight Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Raleigh producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 681 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
