Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
