Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Umber Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
