Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Providence region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
