Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Wilder Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Providence. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people based in Providence. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
