Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Lantern Community Partners Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
