Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Portland, OR)

Silverline Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Portland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
