Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Portland, OR)

Redstone Iron Construction Associates builds commercial and industrial projects around Portland. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
