Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pike Water Authority Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 661 people based in Portland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
