Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group is a Portland company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
