Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Sable Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Portland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
