Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Foxglove Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
