Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Timber Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
