Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Forge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
