Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Ridge Construction is a Phoenix contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
