Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Health runs clinics and patient services around Phoenix. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
