Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Kestrel Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
