Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Clear Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
