Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
