Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Philadelphia, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
