Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Willow Community Partners Group is a Omaha charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 715 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
