Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Corner Pharma develops and makes medicines in Oklahoma City, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
