Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Group is a Oklahoma City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
